On May 3rd, the figure of Bayén was presented at the New Wax Museum in Barcelona, a work that was commissioned six months ago by the Association of Merchants of the Boqueria to pay tribute to "Pinotxo".

At the same time, the Mercat de la Boqueria hosted the presentation of 'La Boqueria del Juanito', an illustrated book that explains the history of Bayén and has the participation of several chefs and personalities.
